The Binge Town engaged our team to build a comprehensive online booking platform that would transform the ticketing experience for users while equipping their management team with advanced administrative controls. This project entailed designing and implementing a responsive, user-friendly website along with robust admin consoles to manage bookings, schedule shows, and analyze sales performance. The platform aimed to increase accessibility, streamline booking operations, and provide insightful analytics to support business growth.

Seamless Booking Interface
We developed a highly intuitive booking flow, enabling users to explore available shows, choose seats, and complete bookings efficiently. Real-time seat availability and pricing updates are displayed for a smooth, streamlined experience.

Secure Payment Processing
The platform supports various payment methods, with security protocols in place for encrypted transactions and PCI-DSS compliance. This integration enables safe and seamless financial processing for users.

Admin Console for Management
An admin panel was designed with advanced features, providing the client with full control over show scheduling, seat management, pricing adjustments, and inventory control. Management can also view sales data and customer engagement metrics through detailed reporting tools.

Analytics and Reporting
The platform includes in-depth analytics for data-driven decision-making. It offers insights into booking trends, peak booking times, revenue forecasts, and customer demographics, empowering The Binge Town to optimize operations and improve user satisfaction.

Loyalty Programs and Customer Profiles
Implemented a feature for creating and managing customer profiles, enabling users to view past bookings and engage in loyalty programs designed to drive retention and brand loyalty.

Notifications and Alerts
Automated SMS and email notifications were built into the platform, keeping users informed of booking confirmations, reminders, and special promotions.

Frontend: React.js for responsive and interactive UI components, enabling users to enjoy a seamless booking experience across devices.

Hosting and Deployment: Deployed on AWS, leveraging S3 for static assets, EC2 for the application layer, and a CDN to ensure fast, reliable performance.
Security Protocols: SSL encryption, JWT-based user authentication, and regular security audits were implemented for data integrity and protection.
Development Timeline
The project was completed in multiple stages:

Phase 1: Requirements Gathering & Design (2 week)
Collaborated with The Binge Town's team to outline the booking flow, admin requirements, and security needs. Prototypes and wireframes were shared for alignment on the design.

Phase 2: Development (1 months)
Core platform features, including booking interfaces, payment integration, and admin console functions, were developed and rigorously tested.

Phase 3: Testing & Quality Assurance (1 week)
Conducted comprehensive testing to identify and resolve any technical issues, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.

Phase 4: Deployment & Training (1 weeks)
The platform was deployed, and training sessions were provided to The Binge Town’s team for smooth onboarding and utilization of the admin consoles.

The project involved designing both the streaming software and the central management console to control ad campaigns, track impressions, and analyze viewer engagement.

Centralized Content Management System (CMS)

Audience Targeting and Geolocation
Implemented a geolocation-based ad-targeting feature to customize ad content based on the cab’s location. Advertisers can choose specific zones or routes, ensuring their content reaches the intended demographic.

Offline Ad Playback
To address connectivity challenges, especially in areas with limited internet access, we developed an offline mode that pre-downloads ads and plays them without interruptions, syncing back to the server once internet access is restored.

Analytics and Reporting
The platform provides comprehensive insights into ad performance, including impression counts, engagement rates, and location-based viewership data. These metrics empower advertisers to measure ROI and refine future campaigns.

Interactive Ad Capabilities
For an engaging passenger experience, interactive ads were integrated, allowing users to click on ads, scan QR codes, or participate in short surveys, enhancing brand engagement.

Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics
